What are your rates?

50-minute individual session: $165

75-minute individual session: $200

I offer sliding scale if these rates aren't accessible to you. Please reach out so we can discuss your needs!

Do you offer free consultations?

2

Yep! I offer free 15-minute consultations by phone or video. This provides us with a chance to get to know each other, and for you to ask any questions you might have to see if working together feels like a good fit for you.

Do you offer sessions in-person or online?

3

Both! In-person sessions are available on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in Downtown Vancouver. Online sessions are available weekdays, as well as on Sundays.

Do you accept insurance?

4

Yes! I provide a receipt which you can use for reimbursement with your health insurance provider. Most health insurance providers cover counselling provided by Registered Clinical Counsellors. I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and my registration number is 22681.

Yes! I currently offer direct billing with GreenShield. I'm currently in the process of registering for direct billing with other insurance providers. Feel free to let me know what insurance provider you have, and I will try to register for direct billing with them.

How can I pay for sessions?

6

I accept all major credit cards, e-transfer, cheque, and cash. Most folks pay with credit card through the Jane telehealth website, which makes payment easy-peasy.

I require at least 24 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. If I receive less than 24 hours notice, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

There is no set rule! Generally, folks tend to come more frequently in the beginning (weekly or bi-weekly), and as they begin to see growth and progress, they space out their sessions (monthly or for maintenance sessions when they need it). In the end, it's whatever works best for you!
